A signature is required for all UPS shipments upon receipt, Packages can not be rerouted or picked up from UPS someone must be at the address to receive the package and sign for it.
We strive to keep most items always in stock for immediate delivery (unless we specify that the particular item is available on special order basis only) In the event an item is out of stock or for any other reason unable to be shipped, we will notify you (usually within one business day)
Accent Annex makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. In-stock items are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Please note orders made after 1:00 PM (Central Time) will be entered the next day. Weekend orders (from Thursday after 3:00 P.M.) will be processed on Monday. If there is a problem with your order you will receive an e-mail within one business day to advise you about the situation.
We do not accept returns on Mardi Gras items, but we make every effort to provide our customers with high quality Mardi Gras products.
